This may be the best video you have put on the site Dena. I have coached for 20 years at all levels. I see players in the gym working on their basketball skills, ball handling, shooting, etc. But when the open gym games start they don’t do any of the heady things that make a great player, peeking, etc. Maybe the idea of practicing and applying PGC principles is too “boring” for most players. But they have no idea what they’re missing and what they could be doing to help their teams and themselves.

This stuff is magic. Its honestly helped my game so much from age 15 to 16 now. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge for free with me.
Awesome Daniel, so how are you doing these days? What are you focusing on in your development right now? Can we support you more?

I have to agree, this concept is one of the most useful and widely aplicable things I have learned from Dena, thank you for chiming in!
