Form triangles. When you are next to the ball, get a position ready to receive a pass by forming a perfect triangle with the two nearest defenders. This puts you in a position of maximum danger to them, since both will have to take you when you receive the ball, thus forcing the zone to scramble to guard each pass (and commit two defenders to the ball whether it wants to or not).
